We are a small family-run business with a passion for great food and quality local produce. Whether you’re looking for a fully staffed hog roast or a whole hog to serve yourself for your special occasion, corporate event, or fundraiser, you’ve come to the experts.

Not only do we take the greatest care in slow-roasting and serving your food for you, but our pork is also reared here on our family farm – a real farm-to-fork experience.

A Bespoke Service for Every Occasion

We can offer a service that’s right for you and your event. Not only do we offer our own reared pork, as well as lamb and beef, and a range of vegetarian options, but you also have the choice of accompaniments to compliment our slow roasted pork; think apple sauce and sage and onion stuffing. You can also choose from our three bread options.

The Perfect Bread to Complement Your Roast

We are delighted to be working with our fellow producers – award winning Lovingly Artisan based just up the road who make delicious Ciabatta made with flour grown in Cumbria. We also source white or wholemeal bread buns, freshly baked right here in Lancashire.

Food Made with Care, for Every Guest

You may be thinking of offering your guests a side to compliment the slow roasted pork alongside, or instead of the bread, and if you don’t want to make your own, we work with local caterers to supply you with a range of delicious salads, or hot accompaniments.

Not only that we can also cater for those who would like a gluten free option – we have done a wedding that was entirely gluten free.

We love what we do, and know your event is special and we treat it that way. We work with you at every stage from your initial no obligation enquiry, to providing advice and planning.
